Screens and the Future alignment scan
The free 20-minute exposure screen and any written follow-up are preliminary. They are not a valuation and not investment, legal, tax or engineering advice. Decisions stay with you and your advisers.
The Future alignment scan costs €727.27 excl. VAT (€880 incl. 21% VAT). Other work is quoted individually.
Partnerships
Partnerships with developers and acquisition brokers are paid arrangements on terms agreed individually.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Law and courts
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
